C.O. Bigelow Apothecaries is committed to your satisfaction and offers returns on most unused, unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain apothecary and personal care items may be final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the provided RMA slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Manhattan apothecary location.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
