What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery's progress.

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain apothecary and personal care products cannot be returned once opened.
Are your products tested on animals?
C.O. Bigelow is committed to cruelty-free practices. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we delegate this task to others.
